Handcrafted maple+sapele+walnut edge grain and true-flat cutting boards. These boards include a juice groove on one side. Each board is 1 to 1-1/2 inches thick.
Each board will have unique grain and color variations.
Finished with a mineral oil and beeswax blend. *We recommend oiling your board once monthly. Each board purchase includes a small jar of John Boo's Mystery Oil.*
Note: Edge grain cutting boards are more resistant to knife scores than face grain and will have more variation because they are made up of more pieces of wood.
Another note: 12 x 12 parallelogram boards are closer to 12 x 14 total footprint and 12 x 18 parallelogram boards are 12 x 20 total footprint.
Production lead time is currently 4 - 6 weeks.
